“I am thrilled with my double duvet cover. It is a lovely adult shade of pink. Most of my Linen comes from Grandmothers’ trousseaux but of course they did not have duvets or duvet covers. I am excited to begin to a new set. The delivery was prompt and trouble free and the packaging exemplary.”

“I bought two large square pillow cases from the Secret Linen Store, and they are really lovely. They're made of gorgeous soft cotton and are a generous size. I'll definitely be buying further linen from them when I need some. Also, the ordering process was simple and efficient, and the linen arrived in beautiful packaging. It felt like my birthday!”

“All in all the experience of using the store online is good, products are easy to find and the website easy to use. The buying experience is very good. The products are nice, we dont think the pure linen duvet covers are going to last that long. We have had two now, and the one that arrived late July is showing signs of becoming stretched and misshapen. We have already seen the fabric is easily caught (we have already had to sew up a hole). So whilst the pure linen is great to sleep under, we are not entirely convinced of its longevity. The pillows we bought are excellent albeit pricey and they took quite a while to arrive.”

“Blissful! Beautiful bed linen, and the recycled blanket/throw (a lovely neutral colour for the living room) is surprisingly soft and super cosy, I want another one! I will be back! All nicely packaged and delivery was super quick!”

“Ordered on October 1st, delivered on October 28th. Of the four items only one was correct, now have to wait in to have the correct items delivered (how can it only take 4 days to get the correct items delivered this time, when it took four weeks initially?) Not a great first experience.”
