“The quality of fabric and manufacture are superb and the bed set was received in good time via post. The sizing is generously perfect and the colour was exactly as expected and depicted as indicated on the website photos. Pricing was in line with other linen bed sets and the added bonus was Secret Linen Store's eco concerns. The company seems to try its best to be eco aware with regards its manufacturing and packaging processes.”

“We absolutely adore our new bedding! It is more expensive than your average polycotton bedding, but it is so worthwhile. The linen is of a high quality and is extremely comfortable next to your skin. It washes easily, doesn't require ironing as you can easily smooth it down and fold it. I love the deep, rich colours too. Both my orders have arrived promptly. It just feels as though this company really cares for it's customers.”

“Absolutely gorgeous quality linen duvet set, superior to a similar one I have from another brand. Only one thing I'd say is that the fabric conditioner you recommend isn't great, much prefer the effects of the Ecover conditioner on my linen (but this is obviously nothing to do with your product!)”

“I found thei attitude of the staff excellent and very helpful. All samples were sent quickly and also contained a hand written note - lovely. Product quality is very very good. Better then The John Lewis items I have had in the past.”

“Prompt service. Plenty of information about products. Reasonable range of colours and patterns. I am not the greatest fan of pale colours, but found a cover I really like. At last a cover that fits my vast duvet! Well done Secret Linen Store.”

“Linen double duvet cover and pillow cases arrived as ordered. Nice colours and looked fairly well made. However, the linen is very coarse and rough. Not at all comfortable,even after about 10 washes. At around the same time, I ordered more linen bedding from both Piglet in Bed and Ida & Ada. Their products are soft, smooth and sublimely comfortable. In a different league altogether. Secret linen bedding feels like it would be suitable for tea towels but certainly not smooth and soft enough for bedding. Horrible. Very disappointed.”

“Pleasing range of linen bedding. I've had 2 sets of duvet covers and pillows. Great colours. The drape and weight of the fabric is very comfortable and cosy. It seems to regulate my body temperature at night better than cotton and so I think I sleep better with linen and an alpaca duvet from Penrose Products.”
