“Great service and advice, placed an order for curtains after I had kindly been sent some samples and I’m so pleased with them. Super soft, lovely quality and look premium without the price tag of some very overpriced linen curtains in my opinion! Love the ethos of the company and the fab newspaper they send with your order - a joy to shop with!”

“Their sheets are nice-- but they use so much plastic in their packaging that I have switched to another company that cares more about our environment. I encourage Secret Linen to look into using only paper and cardboard, as other linen stores are now doing.”

Hi Naomi, Great to hear from you. We are investigating this, but its very hard to keep our product clean if we dont use some plastic for protection. In a dirty warehouse, it would be very hard to manage. We also need to be able to see the product, to make sure we have the correct products in the order, which again is hard with paper, we have some of our bedding packed in paper already, and will continue to avoid plastic as much as we can. Our plastic is all 100% recyclable which is great. We don't have ant extra printed cards inside. As i said, thanks for your support, and we will continue to try to find a way to get around it. “My order arrived promptly, and I was delighted with the quality of it (brushed cotton duvet cover and pillows). They have been washed and dried a couple of times now, and look as good as when they came. I would definitely be happy to purchase again.”

“Ordering was good and quite prompt. Had to send a duvet cover back that was slightly marked and a different hue to the rest of the dark grey linen set, but the team quickly responded and arranged a new delivery. Thankyou! Did a first wash and a couple of buttons fell off the duvet cover on a cool shirt wash and one of them cracked which was disappointing, but I’ll buy better quality buttons and replace. Generally looking nice though!”
