“Prior to purchasing any items, I called the Secret Linen Store to ask a bit of advice and they subsequently sent me some swatches through the post. I can say no more than this, their customer service was so good that I wanted to purchase something from them. Truly, it is as an absolute masterclass. I should add that I did end up purchasing 2 sets of bed linen from them as they were so gorgeous and the quality was so fantastic, I couldn’t choose. When spending this kind of money, I tend to prefer to go to the high street as I like to enjoy the experience- feeling special, glossy carrier bags swinging from your arms etc. Somehow, even though it’s online, they still manage to make you feel special. Beautiful paper and string wrapped parcels with personalised notes - these little touches is what sets them apart. Would be my go to now and will go out of my way to recommend.”

“The last sheets I bought from you have deteriorated really fast. I've spent hours sewing on enormous patches on worn areas as it seems a pity to throw away something that cost so much.”

“Fantastic curtains! I bought 3 panels in 3 different colours and have accessorised them with hanging tassels and jewels. They look absolutely wonderful, I’m so pleased! Definitely worth the money!”

“I've been really happy with past purchases but I thought the grey bed throw I got recently was poor quality - much much thinner than one I bought before and a teal throw wasn't the colour it looked online. I would have sent both items back but my daughter had already unpacked it all and put it on her bed. She likes it - so it cant't be that bad !”
