“Very happy with the product. The packaging is awesome as it’s recyclable. The teabag gift and newspaper is a lovely touch as well. However for a company that is literally down the road from me the delivery was slow.”

“Lovely linen. Always packaged nicely. Have had only one problem with one flat sheet. It just wasn't square, cut poorly. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to re-order so had to keep it. I have since placed another and quality was good”

“Another fantastic experience with The Secret Linen Store. The wonderful duvet that I ordered took a few weeks to be delivered due to lock down number 3 but communication was clear and it arrived when expected. It was definitely worth the wait.”

“The bedlinen set (duvet cover and pillowcases) is really of excellent quality. The colour is gorgeous, and it's very comfortable to sleep in. I am also very appreciative of the superb effort to use as little plastic as possible in the packaging. I loved the personal touch and the feeling of being considered as such a valuable customer despite no physical contact ever. I will recommend and re-purchase here definitely.”

“High quality products and very friendly and responsive when I had questions prior to purchasing. The color didn’t quite work for my bedroom so I returned but looking at their other color options now. A fantastic company all around.”
