“Great service and returns policy. Products come wrapped perfectly and look like special gifts. I’ve had mixed experience with the products themselves - a quilt I absolutely adore and has transformed my bed to a haven; another very thin, showed every crease, looked cheap as soon as put on the bed and had to be returned,”

“I was a huge fan but my latest purchase was disappointing, please can you sell in MATCHING PAIRS, not as single curtains, my order was 2 white linen curtains but one was whiter than the other and one was thicker linen and not as soft as the other, would have returned but started to hem before I compared against each other, I presumed they would be the same but they were obviously from different batches.”

“So happy with this purchase! I have an emperor sized bed and have made several bad purchases to date, a costly mistake so I dithered a lot over whether to buy from the Secret Linen Store. I spoke to a lovely person called Jodie over web chat who gave me some fabulous advise then I took the plunge and am SO glad I did. The quality is fantastic. I will be buying a second set!”

“The duvet cover and pillowcases arrived really swiftly after ordering, and were very well packed in recyclable wrapping. Beautiful material, and it feels really soft and snuggly. It also looks really smart, even better than I had hoped. I’m sure it will wash well, as other Secret Linen products do. So far, couldn’t be happier”
