“Like their bedding and options. Wish I could buy more but it works out very costly for my budget to get full bedding set. So I end up getting bits and pieces from discount page. I also wish customers could get regular discount codes to use.”

“Problem with first order was speedily sorted although a reminder was needed to prompt promised refund. Replacement item has also proved unsatisfactory and despite forwarding photographic evidence of the problem a week ago, As requested, I am still waiting for a response. On the whole I do like this company but quality is not consistent and customer service, though cheerful, is not the speediest.”

“Sorry this is late I meant to reply as soon as I received my lovely bedding. I am thrilled with my Duck egg blue linnen. I already have some linnen and yours is particularly soft and comfortable. The colour is very pretty, I like linnen because if it's folded it looks lovely on our bed. I will be purchasing more from your company. I like the idea that your company has a family past because I am one of seven children 4 girls and 3 boys. I can relate to you girls which is lovely for your story many thanks Jean Gibson x”

“Hooray! Molly, Harriet & The Secret Linen Store team have made me so happy! My order of pillowcases; 4 linen & 2 striped cotton arrived promptly & with additional goodies - a copy of The Bed Spread (summer issue) fun & informative reading + a teapig lazy days teabag for a delicious, refreshing treat! The fabrics are excellent quality & the colours of the pillowcases are brilliant - charcoal/slate greys & strong mustard yellow! I have been telling my friends all about my discovery & I will certainly order again!”

“I love the curtains, have mustard and pink - somebody wrote that they were disappointed by the pink colour but I was not and the pink was as I expected so I guess it's down to personal taste.”
