“I bought a rather expensive linen duvet cover with lace trim for my guest bedroom. Only slept in twice and washed twice following the washing instructions.. It has come away at numerous seams and where their is slubs in the material has given way resulting in tears and wholes. The most disappointing aspect is when I've contacted secret linens as received confirmation that my message had been received but no follow up. A real shame as I also purchased fitted shhet, flat sheet and pillow cases for my own bed that have been washed a lot and still appear as if brand new. Quality inconsistent and customer service none existence.”

“I already sent a complimentary e-mail some weeks ago and I also asked for my surname to be amended to Perry not Perty as per this notification. I was informed the amendment had been done but it would appear not to have been actioned.”

“The throw/ quilt that I ordered was absolutely lovely,colour was right but it proved to be too heavy for my needs. Your returns service was easy and I had an acknowledgment and a refund very quickly. Thank you.”

“Whilst the bed linen is well made, the pillowcases in cotton percale shrunk so much after the first wash on 40degrees as per your recommendation, and are now too small for my pillows. The envelope closing is also rather mean. The fitted sheet also shrunk but it’s a better fit now. So rather disappointed considering price charged.”

“My new bedding from the SLS is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve always wanted good quality linen bedding and finally took the plunge and bought some. I’m so glad that I did, it’s lovely and comfortable. Washes absolutely brilliantly and has the perfect ‘creased’ look! I can’t recommend it enough!!!!”

“After very much online searching I found Secret Linen Store had the best colour options and in complete sets - not having one colour for the duvet and then limited options for the fitted sheet. Easy and fast delivery. In person the sheets are lovely shades, if not a bit different than the images online. So far they are soft, easy to launder and feel lovely. Very happy and will definitely be back.”

“I really can's recommend this company enough. I ordered the violet blue linen duvet cover and pillow cases and it's the best bedding I ever bought - I am so happy with it. The packaging was beautiful and mostly eco friendly, delivery was very quick and exactly on time. The bedding is fantastic. Really comfortable and looks great in my room. I love it. I also bought some contrasting colour pillow cases which didn't quite match my room, the returns process was really quick and easy, communication was great and the refund for those items was quick. I will definitely use Secret Linen Store again and they are well worth the money.”

“I can't recommend Secret Linen Store enough. The sheets are just as gorgeous as they are in the photos, they're well made and very soft. The shopping experience was easy, confirmation emails were quick and explained the next steps very well. The sheets arrived beautifully packaged and with a clever newsprint magazine that I enjoyed reading through. I would order from them again.”

“The quality of the linen duvet cover is great, delivery was prompt. However the double duvet cover is bigger than a standard double meaning my duvet moves around inside it. Looks great but gets frustrating when it all bunches up! Id hoped it would maybe shrink post washing which it hasn't, I guess would be good if it was the right size!”

“A very friendly store with a lovely variety of bedding and other linen, and not averse to cotton either! Some of the designs available in patterned cotton pillows, for example, are really lovely. There's some good advice in their web pages and also the blog, so you can get some useful pointers about the virtues of linen, some dos and don'ts, more than enough to get your linen lasting as long as advertised. The prices are fairly typical for linen, but there are often offers to tempt you and which make regular checks back definitely worthwhile. All in all, very highly recommended!”
