“I cannot praise the team highly enough. My order got stuck between the UK and EU when Brexit kicked in, and they went to amazing lengths to make sure it arrived with me when other (larger!) firms just cancelled my orders because it was too much effort. Now it's here, the quality is as amazing as I always hoped it would be. Thank you so much team :)”

“Bed linen arrived quickly in bio degradable or recyclable packaging, the colour was vibrant and exactly like pictured. The 100% cotton percale washes well with no fade (to date) and is soft yet comfortably crispy just how cotton should feel... cosey yet cool.... anyone whohas discovered 100% cotton will know what I mean....”

“I received my first order from Secret Linen a week or so ago and wasn’t sure what to expect. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised with the eco packaging (some plastic is involved but it’s minimal) and the thoughtful inclusion of a mini newspaper with tips on how to keep your linen in good shape! I was extremely impressed with the product itself - I ordered an 100% linen duvet set and as I ordered online I didn’t know what this would be like, as I know that not all linen is created equal. Anyway I found the colour, quality and texture absolutely perfect (very soft for linen) and it washes beautifully. It’s clearly a product created with much care. I’m so pleased to be able to support such a unique small business, particularly one with a transparent supply chain and quality end result. I’ve already placed a second order. Thanks Secret Linen girls!”

“Love the quality but not impressed with the fit. Despite being washed and tumble dried, my super king size fitted bottom sheet is too big and doesn’t stay in place well. Unfortunate as I love the quality and colour.”
