“Excellent product and fantastic quality . Shipping seamless and packaging lovely. May just be my duvet so not a criticism at all but I ordered a king size duvet cover and it’s very generous , slightly too large”

“The service is great. However I have been driven mad by whatever I order turning up and not being the colour I expected. 3 purchases, 3 disappointments. The conclusion I have come to is that without fabric samples to look at I am never going to get this right as it is impossible to get anything accurate from an internet picture. So I am going to wait until proper shops open again and I can actually see what I am buying. No more internet frustrations! And I can’t be bothered to keep sending stuff back either - I just now have a load of very expensive dust sheets. (Sorry for the grump).”

“Beautiful linen and very helpful staff. Unfortunately I had to return my order as the vintage rose did not go with the colours in my bedroom as I had hoped. The lady I spoke with when I called Secret Linen was extremely helpful and friendly, The return process was very easy and I had a refund within a couple of days. I am about to reorder in a different colour and look forward to enjoying the lovely linen this summer.”

“I absolutely love the duvet cover and pillowcases, they are great quality and well made. The whole experience of dealing with Secret Linen Store is A1 from start to finish (I even did Dad's sudoku in the newsletter!). We've promised ourselves a brushed cotton set for autumn 2021. “I wanted to add another pillowcase to my 600 Count White Stripe bed linen and it arrived very quickly. This particular bed linen washes like a dream and hardly needs ironing and it is like sleeping in silk ! (Yes, I know it is cotton !) They are an excellent Company to deal with.”

“I purchased the Henderson soot bed set from the Abigail Ahern rang. Everything about this duvet cover is quantity feels so soft and the colour is just what I expected. Ordered and delivered with no glitches and beautifully presented. I’m so pleased I’ve ordered another set from the range which I can’t wait to recive. I’ll go as so far to say I’ll look no further.”
