“Sadly, on this occasion, the colours did not enhance the room when put together with the other furnishings. The return was effortless and the refund was prompt. It’s reassuring that when it doesn’t quite work, some companies make it easy to resolve things.”

“Order number: 2114465 Really disappointed with my two Teal pillowcases. They have nothing of the vibrancy or strong blue tint of the photographs and basically look dishwater-grey. In contrast, my Mustard Yellow duvet cover is stunning - gorgeous colour and great dye hold. I'd recommend the manufacturer to adjust the dyes used in the teal range of products as it is clearly an unreliable mix.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so impressed that I had to stop and say so. Everything about this purchase has completely delighted me. The bedding arrived in the most beautiful packaging, making it feel exactly like the treat purchase that I wanted it to feel like. And we are so delighted with the actual linen - perfect colour, gorgeous material, just the right texture, absolutely perfect. I am still delighted with it all and it’s about a month since it arrived. So thank you very much indeed!”

““Teasels” is my best ever bedlinen, I have it on my fabulous Art Deco bed and I am very proud! I may even send in a photo one day. The ladies at Secret Linen Store were very helpful when I ordered the wrong colour “Tiny Stripe”, they even arranged for it to be collected. That sort of customer service deserves to be successful. “I am actually the buyer of this set of flannel sheets, meant for my Godson as he goes away to University. They were sent directly to his mother, Gail, with whom I studied at Cambridge in the physics department. The sheets will certainly be inviting and warm as he enjoys a new chapter in his life. I think the smart stripes and high quality fabric will appeal to him.”
