“I absolutely love my new linen bedding, in a beautiful earthy rust/terracotta shade - I can pretend I’m staying somewhere in the Med until I can travel again 😉 The quality of the linen seems very high compared to others I’ve bought in the past, so worth the extra cost.”

“I like the quality of Secret Linen and I sense they are a small business trying to grow in the toughest of times. I hope they do well. The packaging is great too, really nicely presented. What stopped me giving five stars is when I ordered I received an email saying my order would take three weeks which was not apparent when I placed it. I would not have ordered if I knew that in all honesty. As it turned out, the order arrived after a week, maybe ten days. My advice is be clear about the expectation and accurate on supply chain. I will buy again.”

“Lovely soft linen duvet cover and pillowcases. Packed in paper sack so more environmentally friendly. And arrived earlier than expected oh and was in a sale so even better. Very happy.”

“Excellent service. Lovely product. They feel warm to the touch on a cold winter's night- unlike our icy cotton sheets. I do quckly run the iron over them after washing as I haven't been able to line dry them as yet - just to take out a few creases .”

“Hi, as you may remember I returned some pillowcases as the colours were nowhere near as vibrant as displayed on your website & received another pair in return. The original call I made about them felt like I wasnt being believed, whcih wasnt cool. But, all of the email communication was incredibly helpful & enthusiastic. The 2nd pair was definitely more 'blue' but still there's so much grey in all of the pillowcases/cushion covers i ordered so much so that the purple & the blue are virtually identical in colour. I see that you've since changed the photos (or some of them) online to be more in line with how they Actually look. I must say it's a shame that they're not as bright & beautiful as the original photos but i'm happy enough to keep them & do enjoy them ...tho would have Loved the ones i saw initially as the colours were just gorgeous.”
