“Amazing customer service and lovely products! I have bought four sets of curtains. I had moved to an address with a new postcode - they sorted this very quickly with the delivery company to ensure there were no issues. They then helped me to select the right colour for another room also. Products are beautiful light and airy!”

“I absolutely love your linen bedding - and have bought three sets of it over the last 3 months for myself and others! My only frustration is with the ‘discount’ marketing which seems inconsistent with the values I have wanted to associate with your business. For my first purchase I felt pressured into an 'x% discount ends now, order by y date for Christmas delivery’, which was then followed by a different offer which was clearly available for Christmas delivery a few days later. Since then I have felt bombarded by further 10% discount offers by whenever, which just leaves me feeling that it’s all a bit ungenuine, and I’m almost reluctant to order anything else because I’m not sure if there is going to be a better offer round the corner. Hope you find this feedback helpful. Helen (Annie L's mum - it was a gift)”
