“From the very helpful phone call on ordering our goods, and making us feel confident of the product, to the delivery of the goods in 48hrs That is also taking the COVID problem into consideration as well. “Fabulous bed linen that feels sooo good and at a very sensible price . The beautiful presented parcel arrived in 2 days , beautifully presented and. Made me just want more and more.. I had to make one return as I’d ordered incorrectly, this was turned around with great speed and courtesy. I ve re commended you to many friends and will do some more in my Christmas cards !”

“We have ordered twice already! We ordered 100% linnen duvet covers, and pillow cases and are delighted with them! There are well made and the fabric is simply lovely! The delivery was quick and items were well packaged. Would recommend to anyone :)”

“My bedding from Secret Linen is possibly the prettiest I've ever had! I ordered two sets of sheets, one in natural and one in cream, and they completely transform the room! I also ordered a new duvet and two super-kingsize pillows, and couldn't be happier with them. The 13.5 TOG duvet is very soft and warm, and the pillows are huge and huggable. The only drawback I can think of is that the duvet covers are slightly too large for the duvet despite both being super-kingsize, but I suspect they might shrink with washing — if not, it's an easy fix on the sewing machine! Customer service was also fabulous, and very transparent from start to finish. The little newspapers, packets of tea, and a lovely tote bag made of scrap fabric were the cherry on the cake!”

“Hi Love the mustard colour linen goes just perfect and also the fit is excellent which sometimes have found a little off with other bed linen.companies. Your customer service is brilliant and delivery very prompt. The only issue ... is that I have washed the linen a couple of times and they are still quite scratchy and not as soft as I expected which was a little disappointing.”
