“Really good quality and good range of colours and simple designs”

“Good service initially and very helpful, sadly the delivery company DPD let this company down badly I had to wait nearly 5 days for them to finally find out where DPD dumped the parcel. This is the second time I have had problems with DPD, I even told Secret Linen there would be a problem delivering my order if they used DPD and sure enough there was a big problem. Second point I added items to my basket on the Secret Linen website but every time you log out your basket is emptied, really annoying, have they learnt nothing from Amazon no wonder Amazon are putting all tases companies out of business.”

“Arrived quicker than anticipated. Beautiful packaging with a teapigs goodie to try. The duvet cover and pillow case is beautifully made The fabric is beautiful soft and so far has washed brilliantly.”

“Delivery times not quoted when you order did not expect to have to wait 3 weeks. Only confirmed after payment has been made. Throw delivered is different colour to that shown on the website. Linen bedding very good.”

“Love the feel of the fabric and the fact it doesn’t need ironing. Colours are good. Found super king duvet size 20cm approx too big. We liked the product so much we bought a second but this time king size. Fit is better but still slightly bigger than needs to be. Some stitching on first duvet cover has given way after first wash. Easy to fix and can make smaller as part of mending process.”

“I would probably give you an “ excellent” star if there was an opportunity to see your products first. I am an old -fashioned ‘girl, and do like to feel and touch items before I buy them. I do understand that you might have a showroom in the future (?) so I may purchase more items if that was the case. Nevertheless, I have been very pleased with what I have so far bought, thank you.”
