“Requested last minute plant to be delivered to a family member in the hospital via website. The website had a glitch on delivery info. I called Secret Garden rose and they were able to quickly remediate delivery address. In addition when the 'exact' plant i ordered wasn't available, they contacted me right away with options (even more expensive ones - but offering same price for any inconvenience).. I highly Reccomend this shop!!”

“Pros: - delivered quickly (within hours) - made some customizations easily Cons: - flowers received were not in great shape (specially for price). Understandable for the speed. - ordered over the phone which ended up with a $20 delivery fee and $10 more expensive. $30 more than on DoorDash. I asked on the phone and was told ordering through them would be better which I believed.”

“Flowers were rotting and turning brown and dropping at the stems upon delivery. There were very clearly not fresh even though the arrangement was made that day. AND the delivery was a DAY EARLY. I was not there to receive them. So extremely disappointing. I will never use them again”
