“They made an initial mistake with the flowers ordered but once they were made aware of error they redelivered beautiful flowers. Luke, salesman, was courteous and honorable.”

“I ordered a designer series bouquet which , per the description on your site, stated it had poppies, water roses and ranunculous. This was great, something different, I was willing to pay the price for those flowers. The actual bouquet that was delivered, while pretty, was not the bouquet I ordered. The one delivered had a couple poppies, a couple ranunculous, roses and mundane carnations and mums! Not what I ordered. If Secret Garden Rose did not have enough flowers to complete the bouquet as they had described on their site they should have let me know so I could have said OK go ahead or let me have the option to choose a different bouquet. Definitely disappointed.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered Friday. Never came until after 6 pm. Closer to 9 pm. Recipient received them Saturday morning. Beautiful flowers but an 86 year old needs flowers delivered before 6 pm.”

“I'm so confused. I paid $99 just for the bouquet before shipping and other fees so I was expecting a somewhat sizable bouquet, and the bouquet looks SIGNIFICANTLY smaller and tinier than the one portrayed online. Misleading.”

“Working from California, with no recommendations or anyone to ask, I searched online for a Village florist near my daughter's apartment. By chance, I called Secret Garden Rose and spoke to Luke. He was pleasant, businesslike, and very helpful. A beautiful bouquet of mixed summer flowers arrived exactly during the requested delivery time. The entire experience was a pleasure. I highly recommend Secret Garden Rose Inc.”
