“Secret Garden Rose saved the day! I called needing help, and they were the only florist in NYC to deliver the same day. The designer's choice bouquet was BEAUTIFUL and the delivery was flawless and fast. I will be using them for all my NYC floral needs. Also, their customer service was excellent. They are so kind, so fast, and so helpful.”

“I was a little disappointed at the quality and freshness of the flowers. The rose was already turning brown the second day and the hydrangea wasn’t really vibrant. I’m not saying I wouldn’t try you again, but for the price I’d expected fresher flowers. I hope this helps with future orders.”

“My dearest friend lost her daughter unexpectedly last Thursday. So I wanted to send some beautiful flowers. I went to the funeral home last night for the wake. I saw my flowers on a small table I spent close to $150 they were such a disappointment . There were pink roses that were dead in the arrangement. I was very upset for the amount of money I paid it was extremely small and the flowers poor quality. I would’ve taken a picture but I thought that might’ve been a little tacky in the middle of the service. I will not use your company again”

“My daughter recently gave birth at a Brooklyn hospital and I wanted to find a florist that could make up a nice arrangement and also send a baby gift. I found Secret Garden online, found an arrangement I liked and called their number. Luke answered and was tremendously helpful. A beautiful vase of flowers was deliver along with a Teddy Bear the next day. Luke was careful to make sure that the fresher flowers were used. My daughter and her husband loved the flowers and gift.”

“When I called they were extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. They recommended a floral bouquet in a vase that was beautiful. They delivered on or before they said they would! I could not have asked for better customer service!”

“We should have bought a basket piece.. the arrangement we ordered was to small.. I guess I,v been out of the flower shop to long… we owned two shops. FTD ..Telaflora ect.. We retired at the advent of computer.ordering…1979. we were a bit embarrassed with what we chose”

“First, the flowers that were delivered were absolutely gorgeous! However the flowers did not look anything like what I ordered, and that was disappointing. Also, I specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered before 2, was assured they would be delivered before 2, and then they were not delivered until after 2. The recipient was not home at the time and someone else took the flowers in.”
