“While the flower arrangement was beautiful, we had extreme difficulties getting the flowers delivered and they arrived three days later than we requested. This defeated the whole purpose of ordering the flowers in the first place, and we will not be ordering from here again unless significant changes are made to the delivery process.”

“This is the second time I've used them this year. Their willingness to work within my tight budget is very appreciated. And the quality of the final products is so lovely! There was a little confusion this last time with the correct contact number. But otherwise, I'll happily use them again for future events.”

“I can't adequat I am so impressed with this floral business. I called and spoke with Luke and my arrangement arrived that afternoon! The arrangement was lovely from my daughter's pictures and it was everything I hoped for and more. I could not have received better treatment and will do business with them again. “My wife and I live in South Florida and we wanted to send flowers to our daughter in Brooklyn for her birthday. I saw Secret Garden Rose's selection on their website; I called them directly; the flowers they sent exactly matched the web site picture; they were delivered promptly and our daughter loved them. Couldn't be easier. We'll definitely use them again.”
