“Would give zero stars if I could. My family has been a loyal customer of Securcare for years. After the recession we had a few late payments, but always made up the bill. This company does not care about the security of your items in any way. They can and will loan shark your unit and require that you come up with 5 times the rent in order to avoid an auction of your personal family belongings. This company is disgusting.”
“Kim is a very helpful lady. She reached out to me to make sure I didn't get charged a late fee as I had forgotten to pay the unit rental fee. Not many companies do that as they are more than happy to make as much money as possible including late fees.
