Where is the auditing of corporate practices like this? I am withdrawing my damage claim to Home Depot just to get my $6K refund and will just have to live with the damage their subcontractor caused instead of fighting any longer with these crooks.

I got explained on the phone, we are not intitled for any refund as they COVER ONLY DIRECT FLIGHTS AND NOT ONE WITH CONNECTIONS! I sent multiple emails asking to have it written but they are just ignoring.

Absolute worst experience of my life trying to get my epic pass returned. Not only was it terrible service but they didn’t even refund the whole amount so I had to go back and fourth to get it corrected. It took 6 months or more
