“First Purchase on This Site – Mixed Feelings This was my first time purchasing seeds from this site, although I had previously worked with this strain by buying it locally. I particularly appreciate the Blueberry strain, which turned out to be one of the best projects of my career. Shopping and Website: The shopping process itself was smooth, although the website runs quite slowly. With a bit of patience, however, you can find some interesting products. I focused on Seedsman’s offerings, which met my expectations. Order Fulfillment: The order was fulfilled quickly, which pleasantly surprised me. Unfortunately, the package arrived in terrible condition – completely destroyed, to the point that even the plastic tubes didn’t survive the shipping. Customer Service: The complaint process was handled fairly quickly, which is definitely a positive. My order has just been resent, so I’m waiting for the new delivery. Summary: On the plus side, the order was processed quickly, and the customer service was efficient in handling the complaint. On the downside, the damaged package, lost time, and the uncertainty about whether the next one will arrive intact are concerning.”

“Ordering has been great huge selection of seeds anything from Sativas to Indicas and inbetween. Delivery takes a little longer than another place I’ve used a few times but still overall pretty quick shipping. As far as freebrees Seedman is awesome my last order I got 5 free packs of seeds, a carry bag and an awesome Kannastore grinder that I’ve been using none stop. Germinating has aways been fairly good. Overall I am very impressed with seeds man keep up the great work guys!”

“One of my clones was delivered in bad shape compared to the other three and I gave it a week in hopes it would recover to which it did not. I sent an email and got a response. “I’m sorry but you have to report it within 24 hours of receiving it” I’m sorry but I’m an optimist and was willing to give this sick plant a chance. It’s not the money but principle and most definitely not my fault but it is my problem.”
