“Order was a smooth process including signing up and being able to have many payment options was unique to other seeding companies. Delivery was good, despite a 2 day delay from the expected shipping date , it was understandable and fair since it was an around around Christmas season into new years. Still got my seed order on time to start planting for the new year! Shipping is a bit too expensive but everything came clean with a gift bonus ! seed packaging is eco-friendly which is a plus! Too many distributors neglect the environment and only think about the business side of things! Seed quality looks very nice.”

“Ordering was easy. Getting what I ordered, not so easy. My order was cancelled because Seedsman said my address was not a real postal address. When I typed my address into the postal verification app my address was good. After the screen shot of that site was sent to Seedsman, which I can only guess they totally ignored, and several emails back and forth my order was cancelled. Last year I had no problems. The strange thing was I had just received an order from them a week before this after going through the same ordeal. Apparently that time someone was interested in doing their job. I'll go to ILGM or Humbolt Seeds from now on. Not very good coustomer service. I wonder what you have to go through if you have a problem with their seeds?”

“Top notch custor service. My seeds where taken from my mailbox and with the help of Seedsman I got a new order sent to me. They were very helpful and polite. They got the new order prossesed quickly and we are waiting for it now and cant wait to plant. This was our first experiance with Seedsman and we are very pleased.”
