“First, I will say that the seeds i got from Seedsman germinated easily and are growing well. Their excellent reputation for quality strains with good genetics seems well deserved. However, I had a problem with one of their promotions. I ordered two 5-seed packs of autos that were listed as being part of a BOGO promotion. The website said BOGO items would be added to the order "automatically", so I expected two additional 5-packs to be included. They were not (they did include a nice cork logo coaster). When I inquired about it, I was told, that to qualify for the BOGO promotion, I had to order three 5-packs and I had only ordered two. They sent a screenshot of my order and circled a slider at the top that showed I had not reached the BOGO Promised Land. I guess I missed it and I guess that's entirely on me. I do feel this was somwhat of a "gotcha" and that the 3 item requirement to achieve the BOGO you thought you were getting is not adequately displayed. I can't say I won't shop there again but, if I do, I will definitely be more aware of any fine-print requirements to get any promised discounts or extras.”
