“This is terrible. Tried to change my children's Ice Skating Rink tickets for another day as booked by mistake. NOT POSSIBLE!!!??? How can you not allow for a simple change like this? Also they charge 13p/minute to wait for ever. Eventually gave up waiting. no company should use this ticket service.”

“I will never ever buy from them again. The dispatch service is the cheapest and untraceable so basically my tickets got lost. The only solution provided by SEE tickets is to collect the tickets on the same day of the event just before it starts. Meaning if you can't go anymore or if you are going with more people everyone will be depending on you.”

“the event we had planed got cancelled and they only send partial refund. no number to contact them. and when you do live chat to talk to them they terminate it mid conversation...”
