“I bought a high quality backing track for a singer for just £2.00 which was sent to my computer immediately. Due to my system, the track arrived with lead vocals but after a helpful phone conversation with Selectatrack, I download a converter and the problem was solved. Selectatrack don't do key change but I will use them again for songs in the original key.”

“I selected 5 tracks and found the selection process confusing.In the end you sent 3 wrong tracks from what I wanted and ordered and when I pointed this out you were dismissive, blamed me and as far as you were concerned that was that”

hi, sorry to hear you had trouble during the ordering process, we do try and make it as simple as possible but if you ever have any difficulty our phone lines are always open. Regarding the wrong tracks, this is actually impossible, the disc production and dispatch system is fully automated so there is zero possibility for an error to be made at our end, we can only send exactly what was ordered. If you have made an error during the ordering process we can sometimes replace the disc of tracks required are by the same manufacturer, just drop us an email, sales@selectatrack.com. Thanks, Gary.

“Ordered the tracks Friday and Received Saturday could not ask for better service than that. All the tracks I ordered are good quality and on the ZOOM label as requested. Great service and products and I will definitely use Selectatrack again in the future. Thanks guys.”

“Quick and easy downloads. But, the lack of MP3+G is not good. This is still a very widely used format. Would be appreciated if it can be made more widespread again.”

Hi, we are very sorry about the current restrictions on MP3+G downloads and its a shame you marked us down because of this because its completely out of our hands. We are trying very hard to re-instate all tracks to download format, but the PRS and Sony/ATV are blocking companies from selling karaoke downloads of huge amounts of songs, and with no alternative licensing source we have to do as instructed by them.
