“Really impressed with the sound quality on these tracks. 99%need no tweaking at all amd the odd one that does is very very minor. Would recomend this site to anyone looking music. Top marks ?”

“It would be nice if you did'nt eliminate our download's, similar to "Karaoke Version". Also if we could purchase one track.You are the only company where you have to buy three or purchase credit.Your selection is the best. When I run out of credit I alway's try the other's first,and purchase the track if they have it.If they don't I buy your credit. On the positive side, your customer service is good,you do respond quickly.”

Hi, we can manually re-issue downloads at any time, just let us know what you need. Also single track downloads are now possible :o)

“Having g sampled and purchased on my kindle, because I don't have a computer,I am disappointed that I still have no tracks that I purchased dissatisfied! I'm sorry about the bad review but I can't download to my kindle and I don't have a computer I'm £4 out of pocket not a great deal of money but I thought as an entertainer you site was the answer to my backing track search sincerely John”

Hi, if you have lost or failed to download your tracks we can re-issue your downloads no problem, just drop us an email. Shame you chose to give us a negative review when we have done everything we should have done from our end.

“Good backing track, easy purchase but the 48 hour download time limit is a bit wrong. All the other backing track sites I use just keep them in your files so you can re-download them any time should you need to. I would use selectatrack again but until this is rectified only when i can't find a certain track elsewhere.”

“Overall, the quality of the tracks are great. However they're 40p more expensive than their closest rivals who have the same tracks. I bought, what was clearly marked as the "duet" version of "She's like the Wind" ( obviously Selectatrack aren't musos or singers/karaoke fans, because on my planet "SLTW" has never been a duet ) in the hope that there would be backing vocals on the very good backing track. Unfortunately I was both incorrect and disappointed. When I pointed this out to Selectatrack, twice, both times they argued the toss and wouldn't replace my backing track. I shan't be buying from them in future, they obviously know nothing about music, and simply don't give a toss if the punter isn't satisfied with the track. :-/”

Hi, sorry you were not happy with your purchase this time, just for clarification in the karaoke industry a duet means there is two singers on screen rather than one, sorry if you assumed something different. Regarding our pricing, £2 per song is the standard price for karaoke tracks in the UK, and none of our competitors have the same amount of tracks as us, we have the largest karaoke catalogue in the world. “Always good quality tracks, some better than others but all still usable for Karaoke. Use mine as backing tracks as a solo performer, on screen graphics are helpful as I am not as adept at remembering words any more. Would always recommend "Selectatrack" for anyone wanting backing tracks or Karaoke.”
