“Excellent service. I'm guessing that if you dont have it then it probaby dont exist! However, it is a pain that you have to buyat least 3 songs (£6) at a time because if i get a request I have to buy 2 other songs that i probably dont need.If you have to charge £6 a time maybe a credit system perhaps? Because of this i dont use your service as often as i would like.”

“Hi I have used you before and most tracks were excellent. However, the recent tracks excluding Zoom and Sunfly were poor quality as the words were distorted and illegible. Also, you never charged extra before to personalise the CD which was a nice personable touch. I didn't want Bllly Exstine's voice on the track MY Foolish Heart, I wanted to sing it myself as Karaoke so was disappointed with that as well. Hope you learn something from this feedback. Thank You Catherine”

Hi, thanks for shopping with us, sorry to hear you have experienced problems. There should never be a situation where the lyrics are distorted, if this is the case please email the sales team letting them know which tracks are affected and they will get it sorted out for you. sales@selectatrack.com. We do not charge any extra to personalise your CD, your chosen disc name and track list will be printed on the front of the disc for no extra charge, it's included in the price. Regarding the Billy Eckstine track, we have checked your order and you chose a Multiplex version, this means there is someone singing the main vocal as a guide, although this vocal can be removed when played on a compatible player. Multiplex tracks are clearly marked with MULTIPLEX written in brackets after the song title. If this was done in error and you would like to change it for a non multiplex version let us know and we'll try and arrange it for you. Thanks

“Hi there Selectatrack, I am more than welcome to give a Review on the my last purchase. Having been a regular customer, over the years now, having bought a number of selected songs averaging between 14 -20 songs to be compiled on each individual disc purchased. I feel qualified I suppose to make these comments with No Derogatory remarks. I find that the quality of lyrics on each song or track is superb. Sometimes when selecting what type of background music one requires, one has to really listened too it quite carefully. You really do need to "Listen" and choose what you feel is the correct background sound for the lyrics in your song. Sometimes that can be quite daunting. Although the level overall is good. There are different choices to be made that's for sure. It needs to be monitored by the publishers, not necessary by the likes of the more well known Karaoke versions by MS, AX, ZM or SF. I mention only a few, some of the not quite so well known, can sound very immature. The type of background music, ie: wrong notes from a keyboard player, or too slow. etc. I also bought one of your Mixers for the TV. I rigged it up on my home Hi Fi. Played through my laptop. Great. I shall continue to use your products. I like the sound. I like the Organisation. I like how easy it is to get what I want, also delivered the next day. Wonderful. I find it so easy to make my choices and payment by PayPal even better. Thank you for looking after Me!1 Thank you for being there for Me!!! May I wish you every success for the future. Hi, sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. We have checked your order and you ordered a CDG disc, and that is what you were sent. The lyrics are included, you just need to play the disc on a proper CDG Karaoke Player. You may also be able to play your CDG disc on a computer or Laptop if you have proper Karaoke Software and a compatible disc drive. “not received my disk yet but the online download to a memory card was very easy. As I live in Germany I am awaiting the disks arrival for a week now. Seems to be a very good service which I shall continue ti use unless its not feasible Disk arrived today. Very good service but not played the cdg yet.”

“This is the 2nd time I have purchased tracks from SelectaTrack. What I love about them is 1. they have a very large selection 2. you can listen to part of a track before you buy (& compare recordings between karaoke companies b/c versions vary a lot 3. you can get your tracks immediately by downloading 4. they have good customer support. The only thing I didn't like (and I am not sure if this was my fault, not theirs), of the 7 or 8 songs I bought, when I played them the word track was not in sync with the music track. It was very hard to follow while singing b/c the words appeared a measure or two off the music. Like I said, I don't know for sure if this was their fault or mine, but I wonder because the rest of the tracks I downloaded and extracted at the same time were fine.”
