“Not too much went wrong, your delivery service is good, however selecting CD+G discs is far more difficult and time consuming than previously. It appears your site is more geared to downloads now also you offer me a months free streaming when you should know I have been purchasing discs from you for over 10 years so this offer is next to useless. I would be far happier if offered some discs for my loyalty, especially as your tracks on to CD+G discs are so expensive??”

“Very easy to search and find what you are looking for, either by track name or artist. Also very easy to find the format you want and to see which formats are available. Very quick response and I have always found that if there is a problem, it is sorted immediately.”
