“Very fast turnaround from order to delivery, reasonable prices and good range of tracks. Problems seem to be that more and more tracks are not available for CD+G which is a real problem for us, it would be much better if CD+G was supported more as the discs are really convenient and easy to use.”

“You can pick the best sounding track out of the list of the same song. But you say some songs don't fade but they do and also you don't play enough to make your mind up, 30 secs isn't long enough. In some cases you only hear the lead break. I've purchased some tracks that have some of the backing vocals missing.”

Hi, If you happen to order a track that is marked "Faded Ending: No" and receive a faded version just drop us a message. SBI offer a 'track guarantee', and will replace any SBI purchased track that is found to have a faded ending with one that doesn't, free of charge. Unfortunately we are unable to extend the 30 second samples due to licensing, the 30 seconds should be enough time for you to get a feel for the track. All of our tracks are re-makes of the original minus only the lead vocal so any backing vocals should be included.

“I've found tracks here that I couldn't find elsewhere,and they are always top quality, usually just like the original ; not like some sites where the tracks are lacking in "meatiness" and authenticity. I use the download option,some times for just a single song (unavailable on some sites) - when it comes into my head and I have to have it there and then ! Good competetive price too...... try them ! “I purchased a track that turned out to be a modified Chart Buster track. Because of that, I couldn't use it at my show. I emailed select a track a week ago asking for a refund and did not even receive a go F yourself. I have purchased many great tracks in the past though and have never complained.”

Hi, sorry you didnt enjoy your shopping experience with us this time, although if you have purchased many songs before and were happy with those it's a shame you decided to leave a negative review based on this one experience. One of our suppliers (Digitrax Karaoke) bought the rights to Chartbuster, re-branded the tracks to their new name (Karaoke Cloud), hence the reason you have received a modified Chartbuster track. However i have no idea why this would mean you couldn't use it at your show? All the the audio and on screen graphics should still be totally usable. Please check your spam folder for our reply, we reply to all emails within 1-2 working days.

“Selectatrack are only perfect but, they'll do. I am really pleased with the service and products, it's brilliant now being able to purchase one song at a time. I only wish the "Select A Track Player FREE Edition" had been tried by me a while back. I use it all the time now, and wish I could afford the upgrade because it looks absolutely awesome. There are other companies out there but why change from a perfect service. Long may you be in business guys, I'd be lost without you.........”

hi, we have checked your order and it seems you chose the MP4 digital download option, as explained on the website that means we don't actually send you anything, because you need to download the files from your website account. If you have any problems please email the sales team at sales@selectatrack.com and they can help you.
