“Overall, Selectatrack are extremely good. However, some tracks turn out to be shorter in length than listed on the preview. Have had a couple of issues with graphics but must say that any problems have been satisfactorily resolved. I would guess that any issues with tracks originate from the production company and not Selectatrack.”

“We order each year from Selectatrack for our big karaoke party- the discs always arrive within days (we live in Switzerland) and are top quality. When, a few years ago, something went wrong, they immediately adressed the issue and were extremely helpful and friendly. So - highly recommended!”

“I have always found selectatrack perfect for my needs although the present licencing restrictions are having a real effect on my ability to keep my karaoke catalogue updated. Hope a resolution comes soon.”

“I Was Very Happy with the help I received from you I have been trying to get some Merle Haggard songs but cannot seem to get the MP3+G it only goes to make a disc to be sent out can I get separate songs on MP3+G to Download I Love the songs you have great job thanks”

“All the other tracks I've ordered in the past have been great, no complaints. This time, the songs all seem to be "in the style of" the songs and artists I asked for. I cannot sing the majority of them (only ordered 7) as you hadn't got the others I looked for. The keys seemed weird and not too much like the originals. I was disappointed but since I have had such great service from you in the past I will continue to order from you and put this last lot down to bad luck.”

Hi, all karaoke tracks are "in the style of" the original artist, they are never the original recordings. We have video samples available for all tracks so you can have a listen and ensure you are happy with the re-creation of the song before ordering. Thanks

“I often get asked during a show for a song I don't have (particularly country and recent stuff). I love that the site is so fast I can usually order, pay, and download a requested song before the customer is back at their seat :-) Excellent service.”

“Your selection is updated frequently & is generally the place I go when looking for a particular song. As a Karaoke host my patrons are pleased that I can usually get their song within a week. To that point I do have a list of 182 songs that I am still looking for but don't seem to be produced yet. The majority of these songs are by Canadian artists but have been around for decades. I truly believe if someone was to make these songs they would sell not only in Canada but throughout the entire Karaoke market.”

“I have phoned Selectatrack a few times and have received nothing but support, advice and direction. The opportunity to receive only songs you will use is a big plus and charges are VG. also they have a very good range of tracks, Oldies and modern. I will continue to build my music library with them”

Hi, how did you try contacting us? All emails are replied to within 1 working day and our phone lines are open during normal office hours, 5 days a week. We have checked your order and you have definitely been sent a CDG, if you are not seeing on on screen lyrics then you must not be using the correct type of player. You need a CDG Karaoke Player, the disc will not work in a normal DVD player or computer/laptop. More information can be found on our website, alternatively give us a call/email and we can advise on exactly what you are doing wrong. Regards, Gary
