“5* - Top notch service & web software. I had 3 discs custom-made for me & was able to chose what version of the karaoke track I wanted from all the karaoke track providers by playing the sample tracks linked to the choice menu. Then I just added them to the disk I wanted . You then get to double-check your track listings are correct before finally press "Buy". Remember to check you have the right track format from the right karaoke provider on the right disk if required. A couple of days later you receive your custom-made disc through the post with a custom listing of the tracks on the sleeve. Very simple & very painless ! I will definately be using this again.”

“Easy to use website, download almost immediately after making your selection and paying. Been using select a track for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed! Great that they have not only the songs you want, but a variety of productions to choose from as well, so you can have a listen to Sunfly or Mr Entertainer and see which version you prefer. 10/10 from me!”

“Good selection of songs, but not enough information about differences between the manufacturers through the small sample available on your site. I would like to hear more of the song and understand more about the start and the end of the song - does it fade out, or finish properly, does it start without an intro (or at least note to get you started?).”

Hi, thanks for the review. Unfortunately due to licensing restrictions we can only offer 30 second samples for free on the website, usually this is enough to give you an idea of the audio quality of a track. Most tracks have a faded ending, however if a track has a non-faded ending it will say so above the video when watching the preview. Some manufacturers always use definite endings (Mr Entertainer, Zoom, SBI) so if that is important to you stick with those manufacturers. Intro/start of songs will almost always begin exactly as the original did, count in notes are sometimes added to tracks that start acapella (depending on the manufacturer), but most songs this isn't required because the music usually starts first. “I find Selectatrack a very useful service, they are my "First Choice" when looking for updated songs and specific requests and I find the download option quick and easy to use. I have used the "Request New Track" service when unable to find a track and am waiting to see if this part of the service is as good as the usual service. I subscribed to another "on line" karaoke service previously but found I didn't need to use it very often so it wasn't cost effective. The Selectatrack service may be better, however, the ongoing monthly cost appears quite high and would deter me from signing up to this long term. Otherwise folks, keep up the good work!!”

“Backing tracks are fine both for fun and practising at home as they are often the same as a professional DJ might use. When transferring your downloaded tracks to your computer hard drive and then to removable media (e.g. SD card) make sure that there are no punctuation marks such as "&" in the file name wording. Use only letters and numbers - otherwise the CDG file may not respond in the player - meaning that you may get music but no words on the screen. Remember that when you sing in public, the DJ may use a track from another supplier and not the one you're used to - so also practise singing along with the original artiste until you get fluent.”

“I like that songs that I don't get from any other karaoke site, I find then here. I don't like the fact that I need to purchase an amount over a certain limit before I can download a song taking into account that the price of each song is pretty stiff to begin with.”

For your information single track downloads are possible when paying with store credit, simply visit the link below, purchase a credit package and the single track limit will be removed. “I must say that i have had many tracks from select a track and have been happy with all of them. Also i had a problem a few weeks ago wi5h tracks not turning up and i emailed them and they sent a new disc out the very next day. So i was very impressed”

“Hi lads The tracks that select a track sell are brill I buy off these all the time and will keep buying what I don't like is a lad I know downloads them for off a pirate site uses the tracks in pubs and now is trying to sell them to sell them I don't want my name to get out I am just telling you because it is not right”
