It took 4 days to arrive after stating on the site that it would be next day delivery, the quality of most of the tracks is awful, will not use again and would not reccommend.

Hi, sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your shopping experience with us. We don;t promise next day delivery, we simply state that if ordered before 3pm order will be despatched first class post the same working day. So 4 days for delivery at this time of year for a fully personalised product I think most people would agree is actually extremely fast. Its surprising to hear you think that the quality of "most" of the tracks are awful, as we only stock tracks from well known & established karaoke suppliers such as Sunfly, SBI, Zoom & Mr Entertainer, so the quality wise they are the best available tracks in the world. However if you have specific issues with the sound of a particular track please email us more details and we will report back to the supplier. Regards, Selectatrack.

After receiving my CDG disc I found our "X Factor" CDG machine would not play it. I spoke to you about it over the phone and you very, very kindly sent me a DVD version of the same order, completely free of charge. This works perfectly with our DVD player and we can still use our microphones through the X Factor machine. So, we are very pleased with your service - so much so, in fact, that I'm going to order another disc straight away!

Having bought a personalised cdg, one of the tracks (Boomtown Rats 'I dont like Mondays') is a whole page and about 30seconds out of sync with the music and backing vocals. It has made me think twice about ordering a personalised cdg again.

Tracks being out of sync are very rare, we will look up your order and contact the track supplier to request a fixed version of the track ASAP. disc is coming up as " no disc" when I put it into my cd player which is odd as other select-a-track cd's I have play fine. Will try and copy it onto another blank disc to see if its accepted by my cd player.
