“I've used Selectatrack for years and buy all my tracks from them. Excellent service, have always replied promptly to any questions I have. Lately, I've not been able to get all the tracks I wanted in MP4 format as they are only available in DVD form which is disappointing but still a great service.”

“I have been extremely happy with Selectatrack. The variety of tracks and the quality of them is fantastic. The song list seems to be updated quite quickly with new songs not long after they have been released. and to create a CD of just the tracks I want is perfect.”

“I put the tracks on to a stick , but unfortunately it would play using the USB from my karoake .machine. However it does play from the USB on the back of a television. The quality is very good.”

Hi, if you chose the correct format the files WILL work on your phone/tablet. So you are either doing something wrong or have selected the wrong format, if you need some help we will be more than happy to assist you, just get in touch.

“I was going to use the track in a show produced by our Dance School. I would have preferred an MP3 but the only choice was M4A. The editing programme which I have used for years-Magix Audio & Music LAb Premium, could not read the file, therefore I could not convert it into .wav format for use in the show I used a rival website where I downloaded the identical track in mp3 format. Pity I didn't use that site first!”

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write a review however it's a shame you decided to leave a negative review due to the fact you have clearly got a bit confused as to the formats we offer and how to use them. M4A is not even a format we offer, so not really sure where you got that from, maybe you purchased these from a different supplier? We offer digital formats of MP3G (which includes the MP3 file you were after) & MP4, and disc formats of CDG & DVD. Full information about these formats can be clearly found on our website.
