“I have purchased quite a few discs from you for me to use at karaoke but I cant use them because the backing is to loud or sound so bad they are just unusable. I have many discs I just cannot use, and Im not the only one”

Hi, Thank you for shopping with us and taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you were not 100% happy with some of your tracks, if you drop us an email explaining the specific problems with each track you are not happy with we'll try and find a solution for you. Track quality can vary depending on the track manufacturer, hence the reason we offer video samples of all tracks so customers can check they are happy with the version before ordering. “your web site is easy to navigate and I thank you but I would like to phone you when there are problems with the disc you send such as when the song does not match the music as that has happened to me and I did email you of this but haven't heard from you also your selections are fantastic and easy to find also your delivery is fast and the prices reasonable I volunteer at several seniors homes and give them a sing along they love it thanks again keep up the good work you do Doug Kibble”

Hi, thanks for your custom and the review, glad to hear you like the service. We don;t actually produce tracks ourselves, we simply are a re-seller for the karaoke manufacturers. As a major karaoke retailer we get a very large amount of track requests every day, and all of these get passed on to our suppliers for consideration. Producing a karaoke track is VERY expensive so unfortunately the reality is only a very small amount of requests ever actually make it in to production.
