Hi, if your email client isn't showing the download links as clickable, you can download your tracks from the order history page of the website which should work better. Thanks

“I initially had problems navigating the Selectatrack site but eventually sorted out the problem. Two of the tracks on my dvd have momentary 'drop out' but once I knew where it occurs I can disguise the 'drop out' by singing over the momentary loss of sound. I received my dvd within 48 hours”

“CDG disc itself is OK, play's good, but the music doesn't come close to the original music. Don't care for the CDG disc that I purchased, so I will not be useing Selectrack again for making special tracks on CDG discs. Very pour music quality for $40.00 + shipping. Disappointed Dennis”

Hi Disappointed Dennis, very sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. Just to clarify, our karaoke tracks are made by some of the top karaoke manufacturers in the world, so put simply, higher quality karaoke versions that sound more like the original simply don't exist. We also offer free video samples of every song so you can check what it sounds like to ensure you are happy with the quality before placing your order. Regards, Gary
