“while trying to down load I received an error message saying that it had timed out, having paid for the songs I them wrote an email explaining what had happened and requested some help as to what I could do I have heard nothing from the company and have paid for songs that I haven't received needless to say I wont be trying to buy any more and won't be recommending you either”

Hi, Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems using our service. The download error is a strange one, it seems to be an isolated incident as we have thousands of tracks being downloaded everyday and not had any other reports of errors. What email address did you use to contact us? We always respond to emails within 1 working day of receiving it, so for some reason your email hasn't come through.

“Dear selectatrack, Just an observation, what would be extremely helpful when making selections would be when being able to actually sound sample a track by pressing the speaker symbol, that the sample was at the start of the track, enabling one to select which version I. e. Zoom, Sunfly etc. suits your voice e.g. which key. Also some versions have a cursor intro I.e. ***** . A track I recently purchased from you had said intro enabling me to do it justice at our local pub karaoke, Their version did not, so that every attempt I'd previously made was awful. Yours tunefully, Andy Kester.”

Hi, thanks for the review and your custom. Due to licensing laws we are only allowed to show 30 second samples of tracks, and we don't use the start of the track because often there are long introductions in songs, so a 30 second section from the middle of a song is usually a better way of hearing how a track sounds. Most karaoke labels do use a count in, for example I think most of the UK companies will use count ins where possible (Mr Entertainer, Zoom, SBI, Sunfly). Thanks, Jack.

“I find the backing tracks to be of very high quality I find ZOOM tracks to be the best reproduction. I prefer GDG'S Send for them and receive them the day after very good service . I have used other's but Selectatrack is the best for service plus a wide and easy to select menue thanks.”

“Hi I think your selection of tracks is fantastic I would like a track or two of Box Car Willie and Troy Shondell from the very early 60s your service and quality is the best I have come across I very much appreciate the chance to have a free disc I don't want to be greedy how many tracks can I choose once again keep up the great service regards Alan Foster”

“Firstly,My name is Stephen Moody,husband of Sherry. Its her name on OUR Card, but the music is for me. Karaoke Version rewards its members for purchases......You do not .Many of your songs have very wrong lyrics. I made this point some time ago. I suggest that you screen the songs you sell before you put them on Line for to us to buy . It wouldnt hurt you to reward customers with some freebies ,such as a free download..It could prove to be a good thing for you. Also I would like to be able to play the sample song for a much longer time ,to make sure of proper lyrics and good instrumentation. Your offer for a months free singing has no appeal to me. Please give me a free download or two .I've spent plenty on your downloads. Cheers Yours Sincerely Stephen J”

Hi Stephen, as a regular customer its a shame you felt the need to leave a negative review, there must be something you like about the service if you have made multiple purchases! We don't offer a reward system, however discounts are available for repeat customers by purchasing store credit in bulk. Unfortunately we can;t fix the song lyrics, we are just just a re-seller of the tracks, we don;t produce them. However if you find any incorrect lyrics please let us know and we'll let the track supplier know and request they be fixed. Unfortunately to stay in line with licensing laws we can only offer 30 second samples free of charge, however in the majority of tracks this is plenty of time to get an idea of the quality of instrumental and on screen graphics. Thanks again for your continued custom
