“Listen, there's something special about these candles. The thoughtful and eco conscious idea Ricki had to allow you to plant your own little piece of life in the jars the candle came in- who thinks of that!? Some self care in a jar and then some MORE self care in the jar - please and thank you! But most importantly the scents are unique and inoffensive to the nose, delicate and deliberate. I bought Boujie as well as Bragga...LOVE! Unlike, the overly synthetic air freshener sugar bomb, type candles out there these candles brought warmth and comfort to my room during these last few months. It's important to mention that Self-made Candles don't give you a headache like those chemically induced/infused candles do and that's the difference between a clean, organic candle and the others. I don't know Ricki personally but they're great at what they do, they've given this a real thought and brought together a growing community who appreciate the thoughtful touches that make a difference. “Can a candle brand be groundbreaking? Yes if it’s as thoughtful as Self Made. The entire packaging was recyclable, no waste, and came with a small packet of water activated soil to plant the candle label after. The actual candle is lovely, and I preferred the woodwick. I can’t recommend this enough.”
