Excellent customer service by Karen and Samantha in the hair products area. Bought Ghd curler. Karen was amazing demonstrated use of product on my daughters hair, advised re heat protection to use.

I just wanted to say that I’ve been using creme de la mer products for years from Selfridges . The lady that assisted me on the counter called Tracey was brilliant . I needed some advice about skin care and she was able to help without any pressure and I purchased what I needed . Excellent customer service !!

I often purchase perfume as a gift for a very close friend. Totally excellent service, range and even love the packaging. Even if you do not get a giftwrap it stills has Selfridge's in the box. Nice touch.

There was no dust bag or certificate of authenticity included which must still be lying in the warehouse!
Despite the poor reviews on here the customer service team were fantastic in arranging collection and I was refunded within 2 days of them receiving it.
