I have sent my iPhone X to this company on the 23/03/2020 I was offered £302 when they receive my iPhone they sent me offer for £235.06 saying it need new battery and it has scratche so I declined the offer and asked them to send it back until now I have not receive my phone I have sent more than 6 emails and heard nothings
