“We lost antenna signal To our TV sets on the day of installation of solar Pannels. When complained about this issue , SEM electrician refused to acknowledge the problem could be the result of their procedure. They demanded call our fee plus hourly rate to fix the antenna.
Now received a message seeking access to review invetors as they are not working. I can only say that the professionalism was less than I would have expected of SEM team. Expensive LG Pannels were selected to avoid substandard vendors offering cheap solar panels. I hope from here on the process is smoother.”
“The installation was done well.
However I would note the following:
The installer removed an existing system and took most of the panel hold brackets and all the electrical connection leads, mains wiring from the inverter and connection box from the panels to the mains supply. These were my not items the installers to remove from site. This was discovered when I went to sell it as a complete system.
I had some specific set out requirements for the system. The installer could have been more amiable to listen to me rather than (in my opinion) trying not do what I asked.”
