“The flowers I ordered on line were received the following day. The recipient was delighted with the freesias, a favourite flower it seems!”

“The flowers arrived in bud and lots of them - they looked lovely. However, they arrived a day earlier than expected and so spent the night in the post office as nobody was home to receive them. In this time the stems had got fairly dry and so had to chop them down a bit”

“Big bunch of freesias arrived 2 days ahead of delivery date, so unexpectedly perfect timing for birthday the next day. Lovely mixture of colours and delightful fragrance. But why are Sendabunch still using the same weird-coloured picture of a big daisy for their gift card - the same one that they were using ten years ago? Surely something more cheerful and attractive than that can be printed.”

“I have used these for mothers day for several years with no issues, this year the flowers were not received and after making in the region of 20-25 phone calls to try and find out what where they were and being charged a further £5 to call the number and actually speak to someone in the customer services department (who was exceptionally pleasent and helpful), she arranged for the order to be re-sent when the flowers eventually arrived 5 days after mothers day they were not what i ordered and certainly not worth the money I paid!! i will not be using again would never recommend again.”

Good Morning I know from speaking with our Customer Services Manager of how sorry we are the inconvenience and our failure to provide you with the quality and level of service you have experienced from us over the year. I know that a replacement bouquet was sent out. As a further gesture we have now processed a full refund to your credit card. “Recipient telephoned to thank me for the flowers and say how absolutely lovely there were and she had to borrow a vase to accommodate them all. I was very pleased to hear they had made her happy.”

“I have been using Sendabunch for a good few years now and I am very very pleased with the quality,promptness and options of bouquets that I have ordered, I will say that I have had the couple of issues, but on contacting customer services via email they issues were promptly dealt with and resolved. I highly recommend Sendabunch !!”

“This is the second time I have used Sendabunch. Two bouquets of flowers were ordered on each occasion. The experience was good on the first occasion, which is why I used the company again. The second experience has not been as good. Positively, the flowers arrived on the requested day. Unfortunately, one recipient reported that the flowers were dry and looked as if they were about to die - there was insufficient 'water' in the packaging. The second recipient reported that the flowers were squashed into a box that was too small for them, causing some damage to the flowers. Fortunately, in both cases the flowers have recovered. Sadly, however, the experience of receiving the bouquet has been marred.”
