“Unfortunately, when the tulips arrived they were wiltering and some had to be thrown away straight away. They were a Mother's Day present and so it was such a shame. I usually have good services from you!! Tulips that survived were beautiful colour however!!”

“I have had flowers from Sendabunch several times, unfortunately they were damaged in the post, but Sendabunch replaced them immediately, and I cant speak to highly about them. a great company.”

“An unimpressive service. I paid for an extra large bunch; the bunch that arrived had 5 blooms in it and lots of foliage, which very definitely wasn't the advertised description of extra large. The flowers arrived after the agreed delivery date and therefore late. For some reason two boxes of chocolates were included when none had been requested; the recipient is diabetic, so the chocolates devalued the gift. I will not be using this service again. Serenata flowers is much better.”

“The service was quick but actually too quick! My order indicated the date I was looking for (to coincide with a birthday of a family member) but the flowers arrived a day early. While it could have been a lot worse (a day later), nevertheless I was a little disappointed that they didn't arrive on the day that was indicated on the order.”
