I bought two bunches. The second was delivered perfectly. However the first was delivered a day early even though I'd paid for to have it arrive on a particular day, and as a result the recipient had to pick them up from the post office because she was out. Took the shine off.

Order was sent for a Birthday Present and arrive in a terrible Condition all smashed heads of the Flowers Brocken off, A new Bunch was sent out which were Perfect in every way but late for the Birthday, Will have to consider before ordering again with having Dead Flowers delivered for a Birthday

Unfortunately, when the tulips arrived they were wiltering and some had to be thrown away straight away. They were a Mother's Day present and so it was such a shame. I usually have good services from you!! Tulips that survived were beautiful colour however!!

Service was good, delivery a day earlier than expected which is not so good for Valentine's day but that's always going to be a challenge when said day is on a Sunday. The bunch was not as big as portrayed in the picture and one of the roses was pretty much dead. A little disappointing but have used them for years so hope its a one-off.

As I was the sender not the recipient I can not tell in what state the flowers arrived. Receivers of gifts are hardly likely to complain to the sender!

Although I placed my order very early, my friend did not receive her "free" chocolates. Her name is Ms Jacqueline Swannell, of Castle Rising, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. The selection of flowers to send was good but I must make two comments. First , the delivery address space for my order was too small. I was not able to enter the recipients full address. Second, I would have liked confirmation that my gift had been delivered. The flowers were for an elderly relative who is unable to respond and as I reside in Australia, I have no way of knowing if she received them. Kind regards Isabel Potts

Purchased quite expensive bunch off mixed roses for my wife's 60th Birthday they cost £30.00. They lasted 4/5 day's. Would have expected them to last a bit longer

Ordered flowers for Mother in law - birthday -delivery very quick but she did say that within 3 days the roses were dead. The rest of the bouquet is lasting well. Not up to the usual quality.

Flowers, as always, excellent but muddle with delivery date meant they hadn't been sent on the correct date so I had to chase them up. Not sure who caused the error

Why are prices on your brochure different from the on line displays? Difficult to assess quality of the flowers sent as I am the donor not the recipient!

1) re delivery, the person to whom the flowers were sent, was away from home in the morning, and on her return to find the package left outside the house. The package could have been delivered to one of the neighbours who would have kept inside the house away from direct sunlight. I believe, the package was delivered by Royal Mail. 28/6/15 - RE THE ABOVE , I WAS JUST TOLD BY THE RECEIPIENT THATYOUR FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED ON MONDAY LAST BY THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED IN PERSON! AND NOT LEFT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. IT WAS JUST ANOTHER SUPPLIER WHO LEFT THE FLOWERS OUTDIDE THE DOOR IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT. MY APOLOGIIES FOR THIS MISUNDERSTANDING. HOWEVER, THE COMMENT RE NO. 2 BELOW REMAINS THE SAME re the fragrance. 2). Re the Freesias, the receipeint commented that the flowers indeed looking good but not fragrant as stated in your website.

Flowers were lovely but they were for an 50th anniversary on Friday 24th April 2015 they were delivered very early, on Tuesday 21st April 2015. I was disappointed as I wanted them to arrive on the 24th or wouldn't have minded if they have arrived one day early but three days early was disappointing

I have always been very satisfied with your service. This year I had two orders going to two different addresses for Mother's Day. Having paid extra for the Saturday delivery I was extremely disappointed that one of the orders did not get delivered until after Mother's Day on the Monday. As I live abroad and can't visit my mother regularly this was doubly annoying and frustrating. It will not stop me using your service as the product is great but not receiving a service for which I paid extra made my unhappy.

As this was an Easter gift and I have not yet heard from the recipients (they may not even have received it yet) I am unable to give a review. I have had to guess a rating, so have put Normal in the hope that it was.

The flowers were lovely but I don't rate the delivery. I ordered two bouquets for my mum and my mum in law for Mother's Day. My mum had her flowers delivered on the Friday - which was fine. My mum in law had a card put through her letterbox, even though they were in, and had to go and collect the flowers from their post office. She hadn't told me, but this happened to her last year too. I hadn't realised the flowers were sent by normal post and I certainly don't want my mum in law having to go and collect a gift we send to her, so I doubt we will use this service again. Probably not the fault of Sendabunch, but not a good thing to promote the service!

Flowers sent for Mother's Day were great as usual. However, my husband ordered some flowers for a work colleague and they arrived without the card which did somewhat ruin the occasion.
