“Yeah good flowers but took to long to send them3 half days”

“Although advertised on website as delivering in 1-2 days the flowers I ordered took 6 days to arrive. When I wrote to ask where the flowers were for my Gran's 99th birthday present I was told that they were so late because of the Bank Holiday. This should have been flagged up when I ordered the flowers or I shouldn't have been able to choose my delivery date on the selection if it were not possible. In any case I do not see how a Bank Holiday can make quite such a difference to the delivery time. Especially since the Bank Holiday was after my Gran's birthday. We received no apology. On the positive side my Gran thought her flowers were lovely.”
