“The flowers sent were very poor. Nothing like the picture advertised. However, I did receive a full refund which was very much appreciated.”

“I bought a fantastic bouquet of autumn roses for an aunts' 94th birthday celebration, in October 2014. My aunt lives many miles away from me, but Sendabunch made a perfectly timeous delivery to her, as, indeed, they always have done, with previous orders for various recipients. The super quality and vibrant colours of my aunts' birthday gift pleased her immensely! Well done all at Sendabunch, for continued great customer service, via an excellent, easy to use website! “The flowers ordered were for my dear twin sister who had just lost her husband. She reported that they were beautiful and that they lasted well over three weeks. So thankyou for this excellent service and for giving my sister some small comfort, with your delightful flowers.”

“I ordered roses for my mother to mark an anniversary, they were delivered late and in very poor condition. Customer services initially replied promptly and offered to replace the roses however they were never arrived. I am very disappointed although I must admit I have not chased any further - and there has not been any follow up from send a bunch either”

“Excellent service from start to finish. The online ordering service was very user friendly and well presented. The flowers arrived on the day requested in excellent condition, and the recipient was also delighted with them and said that they had been very securely boxed. I have ordered from this company on a few occasions and most certainly would do so again in the future. Keep up the good work.”

“I have used your company for several years, mainly by telephone. Your staff are very pleasant and helpful. The flowers, without exception, are always fresh and beautiful. “QUITE DIFFICULT TO GET ORDER THROUGH AT FIRST.WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY PASSWORD OF WHICH I HAVE BEEN USING A FEW YEARS.ONE THING IS CERTAIN IS THAT ALL ORDERS FROM SENDA BUNCH IN THE PAST THREE OR FOUR YEARS HAVE BEEN FIRST CLASS”

“You already have my comments on my last order which was for two bouquets for my daughters. I had the opportunity of seeing these a couple of days later - very disappointing. After many years, confidence has been affected as in the majority of cases, I never have the chance to see the "end result" and the recipient would hardly comment negatively. After all, its the thought that counts..................................... Regards, June Patrick”

“I'm a fan! I always use Sendabunch when I want to send flowers through the post. The blooms are beautiful, the service is excellent - if they say it will be delivered on a certain day, it is - and everyone who receives the flowers has been delighted with them. When I sent their mixed roses, my particular favourite, to a friend's 80th birthday she was so delighted and excited that she rang me to say she was itching for people to visit so that she could show them off. I have recommended Sendabunch to numerous friends who have had bad experiences with other firms.”

“I was pleased to be able to find a website that sent flowers to Europe at a reasonable price. However the relevant pages were a bit misleading. I also needed to phone customer services as I had not received an email confirmation of my order. The lady was very helpful and took action immediately. The recipient was delighted with her flowers.”

“An efficient service, and flowers arrived safely and in good condition. They were delivered the day before the requested date, which was not a problem in this case, but might be if the recipient had been away. Please do not add my name , address or email to any mailing list or pass my details to other organisations. I receive too many cold-calls, and I now I am reluctant to contact any mail-order or online business. Thank you to all at SendaBunch; I will continue to use this service. Best wishes.”
