“I asked for a receipt when I rang up I was given another number to ring and still didn't get one. The flowers were for one of our customers so needed this for my books so will go where the paperwork comes as well as the flowers.”

“Beautiful freesias, promptly sent. Ordered on Thursday before Mothering Sunday, they arrived in good time. They delighted my mother for 2 weeks. Excellent value and fairly priced. Thank you.”

“I ordered two bouquets recently for my Mum, one at Christmas and one for Mother's Day. I chose ones with freesias because she really loves freesias and she was really happy with the bouquets. My Mum told me they lasted for a long time. I live in France and so it's easy for me to order online and the delivery and customer service are excellent.”

“You really should flag your customer's accounts when you fail to deliver what they had ordered and you have to give a full refund. Your let me down on my first order with your company, so I will not be using you again or recommending you.”

“I have ordered flowers for my mum for many years and these were for mother's day as my mum has been very ill I wanted them to be special. the flowers did not last longer than two days and I was bitterly disappointed. Would have to consider if I order again”

“I have used Sendabunch on numerous occasions over several years. The service has always been efficient and the standard consistently good. On the last occasion the flowers and chocolates were delivered a day before the requested one, but obviously better too soon than too late. I live outside the U.K. and so using the service to send flowers to family and friends within the U.K., for birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions, is very helpful. The recipients inform me that the flowers are always fresh and beautifully presented, well packaged and delivered in good order. The chocolates are always perfectly acceptable as well. Altogether a reliable service of a high standard.”

“Flowers are usually sent to my mother for special occasions and have received no adverse comments so system of ordering on line is useful. My only concern is about setting a delivery date. You feel obliged to pay the £9.99 for a specific day to ensure they arrive on time, however early you place order”
