“Lovely fresh flowers. Mix up with delivery but would use again”

“According to the recipients the flowers were beautiful. However, they were delivered two days early and the recipients were still on holiday. I realise that flowers by post are difficult to manage but the risk is that they will wilt and not be as good. In this case a kind neighbour put them in a cold place to store them.”

“Recipient says that flowers were "beautiful" and much appreciated. I found your service !st class and the only reason for not giving you a 5 rating is that the flowers were delivered 2 days early, 24th instead of on her birthday 26th as I specified. JCJ”

“Sent a birthday bunch from Australia to my niece in the UK. She was very happy with the surprise and I received a thank you today as they were delivered on the specified date. It's a very convenient and easy way to send flowers across the miles from my computer desk and know the service works. We have used the service many times without any problems at all.”

“Flowers hadn't arrive the day after I'd ordered them for, I contacted Sendabunch got one reply from them that was a question, which I answered and haven't heard since ! Flowers arrived 3 days after the requested date.”

“On 11 May, I ordered some flowers for my mother whose birthday was approaching, with a delivery date of 16 May, but these were not delivered as requested. I therefore emailed Sendabunch on 18 May to complain and this was very promptly and professionally dealt with by Jason (surname unknown), who arranged for a second order to be despatched, with an apology, by first class post on 21 May. I then learned from my mother that the original order eventually arrived on 18 May. It now looks as if she will receive two bunches of flowers, so this will come as an unexpected bonus. In summary, whilst there was disappointment that my original order did not arrive on time, Jason's prompt actions ensured a happy outcome, for which I am most grateful.”

“As usual, my flowers arrived spot on time, and according to their recipient were absolutely gorgeous, not forgetting of course that, the accompanying choccies were fatteningly delicious. Thank you Sendabunch.”
