“The flowers were fine...in good condition. However the delivery was 2/3 days later than asked for and agreed. It was a few weeks ago, but the delivery was at least 2 days, possibly 3 days too late.had it been a birthday gift, this was potentially quite serious. As it happens, it was a "thank you" gift so not quite so critical Pat Thompson”

“I paid for my flowers but they were not delivered to a sick friend. When I discovered this I contacted you and was told " it was too late to claim my money back. So I use another company who I can rely on.”

“I always dealt with Charity Flowers and was very happy especially to donate some money to charity. But it seems you have taken them over and I am very pleased that it is still very easy for me to send flowers to my friends and family in England. Beautiful flowers from the Channel Islands. Everyone says they last so long.”

“I ordered freeias to be delivered on 8/9 th Nov. They didn't arrive. This was a "Thank you" to a Care Agency who had provided excellent care for a cousin of mine who had died . (in hospital, from pneumonia) It was the day of her funeral. A second bunch was sent but these also failed to arrive- I was also given a refund. I tried to chase it myself as Sendabunch could do nothing as they were waitng for a new server. No joy from Royal Mail. They did arrive, Thurs. 24 th Nov. but were obviously dead. Very sad as previously I have had good service.”

I can only apologise for the service you have received from us on this order, despite us attempting to compensate with the refund and second bunch there were further issues. It certainly isn't a true reflection on the high quality of service and product we pride ourselves on.
