“Delivered on time, super colours and very good quality. Sadly two of the stems were broken on delivery and we would have preferred the flowers to be more in bud.”

“Simple ordering, great customer service when i wanted to change delivery address, and the end result is a simply stunning bouquet - My mum was sooooooo happy ! ! I ordered in advance and chose the Free Delivery option so selected a date a couple of days before Mother's Day. Arrived on selected day ! ! Highly recommend”

“This was a huge bunch of fresias which despite the horrendous weather arrived the day before the birth date. The recipient is very pleased with them. I will continue to use Sendabunch for special occasion flowers.”

We are not making excuses but our Standard Delivery is sent via RoyalMail and often we are let down by them, that said you placed the order with SendaBunch so it was our responsibility. “Hello jon of customer care team. I can't get an answer to your phones or your chat line. I ordered flowers through Amazon for my cousins 60th Birthday. The order was placed on 27/2/18. Your reply to me was to be delivered on 2-3/3/18. To date nothing has been delivered. Do not ask me what went wrong you tell me!!!!!!!!!! My order no is 205-9943739-5838718. Cannot beleive Amazon is dealing with such a company. If you cannot deliver the flowers at least give me a credit for what I have paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Helen Gray”

“Living in Southern Ireland I use Sendabunch often to send flowers to The UK and the recipients are always very happy.The only occasion there was a problem Sendabunch rectified it immediately.I rate them highly and I previously commented when sending flowers on 29/1 and for whatever the reason the review came up as three stars instead of five so after making a purchase yesterday I will put it right this time.”

“I've used your service in the past and been very happy but unfortunately this time I'm not. I ordered 40 freesias on the basis of your photograph but was very dissatisfied with what was delivered especially as they were quite expensive.”

“I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law at Christmas. They arrived on Christmas Eve and they have lasted until today, 22nd February, when she disposed of the last two blooms because they were brown underneath. The majority of the blooms in the bouquet were still fresh looking a fortnight ago. That's what I call real value for money! I shall certainly be ordering again.”

“Freesias I ordered for mums birthday arrived a day early (well I suppose it's better than a day late!). They are the wrong colour & have no scent!! Mum still pleased to get them, but they are neither what it ordered or expected, so I am quite upset & disappointed with a company I thought I could rely on. Still have happy memories, though' of my visit to the nursery as a child 36 years ago!! Not sure if I shall order from you again though.”
